We include one additional queen for every 25 queens ordered in each shipment. All our queens are examined for viability before they are boxed for shipping. We pack our queen bees in vented boxes with food (candy), sponges filled with water, and support bees. Queens are caged but support attendant bees may not be caged within the shipping container. (Support Attendant Bees may be loose within shipping container. Be careful when opening package.)
We ship all our queens via UPS Next Day Air, uninsured. Queens shipped via UPS are the sole responsibilityof the purchaser. We are not responsible for queens that are left in the cold or hot sun by shipping company. You are advised to examine the contents of your shipment immediately upon delivery. Replacement is at the discretion of Noble Apiaries LLC. Purchaser agrees to provide a legitimate email address and phone number to contact the customer.
Packages are filled with 3lb of bees prior to shipment. Purchaser understands that the bees may loose some weight in their shipment. All shipments are made via UPS next day air, uninsured. Our Package bees are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Look for an email notice that your packages have been shipped. Purchaser agrees to provide a legitimate email address and phone number to contact the customer.

Customer is aware that the weather can cause delays in the fulfillment date. If we are unable to fulfill your package bees order by as requested on your deposit invoice, we will notify you. You will then have the option to receive your order at a latter fulfillment date or cancel your order with a full refund. All orders are filled in the order they are received (FIFO) by fulfillment date.
Customer is to pick up their order package bees with queen at 5420 Dixon Avenue West, Dixon, CA 95620, unless other arrangements are made. Customers that pick up product must examine the content of package bees and queens for satisfaction. We will then exchange any queen or package bee not to the satisfaction of the customer. Leaving the premises of Noble Apiaries with product constitutes customer satisfaction with the order.
Unopened packages must be returned within 10 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Customer agrees to pickup purchase at 5420 Dixon Avenue West, Dixon CA 95620 on the agreed date and time specified by invoice or agreed to by Noble Apiaries LLC.
Customer understands that the nuc contains the following:
- Jester - EZ Nuc box (8.5" x 23" x 11")
- Five Frames
- One Frame of Honey
- Two Frames with brood.
- Two New Frames
- They will have received one gallon of feed. Feeder will be extracted upon pick up.
Customer is free to inspect nucs prior to leaving. Leaving the property with the nuc will constitute delivery and customers full satisfaction.
Customer understands that this product is to only be used after communicating with Noble Apiaries LLC by phone or email. It is used to size up the difference needed for a purchase or other bill with Noble Apiaries LLC
Non used products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
